Joy Lynne McMillan was born in Borger, Texas on December 27, 1960 to Richard and Darlene Chaney. She passed away in Galveston, Texas on May 21, 2013. Survivors include her loving husband, George McMillan of Crystal Beach, Texas, parents Richard and Darlene Chaney of Joplin, Missouri; sons, Jeremiah McMillan and Jordan McMillan of Crystal Beach, Texas; daughters, Annalea McMillan of Morgantown, West Virginia and Meagen McMillan of Macon, Georgia; Grandchild, Teagen McMillan; brothers, Michael Chaney of Joplin Missouri and Chris Chaney of Wichita, Kansas; Sisters, Lisa Chaney and Donna Chaney of Joplin, Missouri. Funeral Services will be 3:00 PM, Saturday, May 25, 2013 at Christian Fellowship Worship Center in Beaumont. The family will recieve friends at Forest Lawn Funeral Home in Beaumont from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Friday.
