Maurlene was born on December 5, 1933 in Bayside Texas to Maurice and Allene Luker. She was a member of Major Drive Church of Christ and worked part time at Johnsons Wholesale Florist.
Survivors include her husband, William B. Knupple of Beaumont; sons, Keith Knupple and his wife Barbara of Beaumont, Kyle Knupple of League City; brother, Al Luker and his wife Marie of Huntsville; sister, Mina Jean Hamm and her husband Glynn of Beaumont; grandchildren, Whitney Hennigan and her husband Ronnie Joe of Orange; Aidan Knupple of League City; Expected great grandson, Wyatt Hennigan; numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
The family will receive friends at Forest Lawn Funeral Home from 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Funeral Services will be 3:00 p.m. Saturday, October 22, 2016 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home Chapel with Mr. Walton Weaver officiating.
