Susan Renee' Carrington

Susan Renee’ Carrrington, 47 of Dayton, passed away Monday January 13, 2014 at San Jacinto Methodist Hospital in Baytown. A native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, she was born on September 26, 1966 to her parents Wiley Elmer Carrington, Jr. and Bertie Mae Carrington. Susan loved flowers, gardening, fishing, and crabbing and most definitely loved her children and grandchildren. She was a certified nurse’s aide in the field of nursing. She was a member of Family Worship Church in Baytown. She was preceded in death by her father W.E. Carrington, Jr., sister Gwen Carrington, brother Steven Edwards, Fiance Edward Middleton. Surviving Susan are her mother Bertie George and her husband Gene of Dayton, sons, Thomas Joseph Hanlon, III. and wife Tonya of Baytown, Jonathan Randall Hanlon of Dayton, and Keith Allen Hanlon of Dayton, daughters, Chelsea Lee Hanlon and husband Christopher of Dayton and Frances Nicole Cannon of Dayton, brothers, Terry Carrington and wife Nancy of Dayton and Mark Carrington and wife Katherine of Vidor, sister Sharon Sweat of Dayton. Also surviving are four grandchildren, Kaitlyn Marie Hanlon, Kayleb Simmons, Chealee Renee Daily and Dylan Thomas Daily.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Wednesday January 15, 2014 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home in Beaumont. Funeral services will be on Thursday January 16, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. the Forest Lawn Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Beaumont.
