Timothy Higginbotham

Timothy Higginbotham, 72, of Vidor died Wednesday, February 5, 2025 at his residence. A native of Port Arthur, Timothy has lived in Vidor for 31 years and was a retired welder with North Star Steel. Timothy was a devoted father. He enjoyed watching football, tennis, and baseball with his son, and he loved to cook and do crawfish boils with his family.

Cremation arrangements were entrusted with Forest Lawn Funeral Home in Beaumont.

Timothy was preceded in death by his parents Alphonse and Ruby Higginbotham.

Timothy was survived by his son Ryan Higginbotham of Vidor, daughter Brooke Higginbotham of Fairborn, OH., brothers Carroll Higginbotham and his wife Paulette of Beaumont, Todd Higginbotham, sisters Dolores Johnson of Beaumont, Christine Jones and her husband Wayne of Port Acres, Ramona Higginbotham of Beaumont, his two grandchildren Destiny Henry and Chance Henry, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Timothy will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
