

He was a Veteran of WWII, serving in the United States Army. Later he worked as a pipefitter with the local 195 at Velsicol Chemical Corporation, He retired in 1984 after 11 years of service.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Monroe and Ida Pearl Tinsley, his wife, Doris Maye Radke Tinsley, four sisters, Gussie Anderson, Ruth Dearing, Joyce Bellow, Betty Breitkreuz, three brothers, Ottist Tinsley, Jack Tinsley, Harold Tinsley, and great grandchildren, Blakely Whiddon and Xzandra Bellard.
He is survived by one son, William “Bill” Tinsley, Jr., four daughters, Paulette Hawkins, Judith Lynne “Judy” Whitehead, Nancy Poole, and Doris Irene “Rene” Biscamp, one, sister, Francis Winfrey, and ten grandchildren, and 21 great grandchildren.
The Family would like to express their appreciation to the wonderful care providers, and especially to Harbor Hospice for giving excellent care to our dad and grandfather over the past few months. May God bless you.
A gathering of family and friends will begin on Friday, June 8, 2012, from 5-9 p.m., at Forest Lawn Funeral Home in Beaumont. Funeral Services will begin on Saturday, June 9, 2012 at 11:00 a.m., also at Forest Lawn Funeral Home. Interment will be in the Forest Lawn Memorial Park Cemetery.
