Mr. Wright was born October 10, 1938 in Beaumont to Percy and Elvie Wright. He married Johnnie Moore on October 1, 1967. He was a farmer and cattleman until his time of death.
Billy was preceded in death by his parents and a brother.
He is survived by his wife, Johnnie Wright of Crockett, TX; 4 daughters, Dawn Butler of Baytown, TX, Shawn Chastain, Kathy Baldwin of Humble, TX, Rhonda Doucet and husband Bud of Bridge City, TX,; 7 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
A gathering of family and friends was held Friday, April 16, 2010, at Forest Lawn Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
Funeral Services wre 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 17, 2010 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home with burial following at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
