Dorothy Galloway

Dorothy was raised in Nebraska and moved to Beaverton when she was in high school. She graduated from Beaverton High School. She and her husband, David "Bud" Galloway were married May 5, 1937, in Stevenson, Washington; he died in 2002.

Dorothy was a homemaker, and was a member at Trinity Bible Church in NE Portland where she was known as the M & M lady.

She received exceptional care at David's Adult Foster Care Home in Beaverton, where she lived. Thank you David & Vicki, from David & Nancy Galloway.

Survivors include her sons, David and his wife, Nancy and Gary and his wife Beth. Grandchildren, Wendy Slawter and husband Jim, Amy Jagannath and husband David, Robert Galloway and wife Emily, Nathan Galloway; 7 great grandchildren.

Funeral service will be Thursday August 26, 2010, at 1:00 p.m. at Pegg, Paxson & Springer Funeral Chapel. Interment will be at Crescent Grove Cemetery in Tigard.

Visitation will be Wednesday Aug. 25th, 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
