Born February 22nd, 1956 in Chicago IL, he was the son of the late Carl Monroe Jessup and Mae Marie Jackson - Jessup.
Jeffrey had a zest for life and a great love for his family and his caretakers.
Jeffrey was preceded in death by his grandparents and parents.
Those left to cherish his memory are his brothers; Val Jessup, Vincent Jessup, and Tim Jessup; sisters Sandra MacDonald and Carla LeQuire; and his adoring caregivers and family, Nancy and Ed Myles, Leandra Justus, Jerry Steen, and Audessa (Charlie) Graham .
Funeral services will be held at the New Beginning Church of God, (214 Co Rte. 25/9, Glen Jean, WV 25846) on Monday, May 2nd, 2022 at 1PM with Pastor Tom Fife officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior. Burial will follow at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, Beckley.
