Charlotte was born in Indianapolis, Indiana to George and Evelyn Norris on January 24, 1933. She married Frank Rizzi on January 29, 1955 at St. Patrick Church. She graduated from Manuel High School. She worked as a receptionist for Egenolf Machine Co. for over 30 years. She dedicated herself to her family as if they were her hobby, she will be missed greatly.
Charlotte is preceded in death by her parents: George and Evelyn Norris, and her husband Frank Rizzi.
Charlotte is survived by her children: Frank Jr. (Nancy) Rizzi, Mark (Kim) Rizzi, Phillip (Renee) Rizzi, Gina (Jeff) Jourdan, Toni (Jim) Kenter, 16 grandchildren, and 28 great grandchildren.
Public Visitation will be held Thursday September 4, 2025 from 9AM - 11AM at Holy Name Catholic Church 89 N. 17th Ave, Beech Grove IN 46107. Mass will follow at 11AM.
