Daniel Gerard Braun

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Daniel Gerard Braun, known affectionately as Dan, on June 30, 2023, in Indianapolis, Indiana. He was 62 years old. Dan's departure has left a void in the lives of those who knew and loved him.

Dan graduated from Warren Central High School and furthered his education at IUPUI.

In his professional life, Dan was a dedicated and hardworking individual. He held managerial positions at Peoples Drug Store and Office Depot. He was a devout member of Nativity Catholic Church. His faith provided him with strength and served as a guiding light throughout his life.

Dan is survived by his mother, Betty Jane Braun, bothers Tim (Kathy) and David (Lee). He was preceded in death by his father, Harold C. Braun.

In honoring Dan's memory, let us celebrate his life. His kindness, compassion, and unwavering commitment to his family and friends will forever be etched in our hearts.

As we mourn the loss of Dan, let us find solace in the knowledge that he has found eternal peace. May his soul rest in peace.

A Memorial Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 19, 2023 from 10:30 AM - 11:30 AM at Nativity Catholic Church, 7225 Southeastern Ave., Indianapolis, IN 46239. A Funeral Mass will immediately follow the Visitation at 11:30 AM at the church.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to a charity of your choice in Dan's name.
