42, of Indianapolis, passed away on September 28, 2014. David is survived by his children: Charles “David”, Dylan and Lacey Gardner, mother; Sandra Gardner, and sisters; Susan (David) Mansfield, Tina (Paul) Keith and Shelley (John) Whiteside, aunt; Carol Hadley and Uncle Earl (Karen) Gardner and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father; David W. Gardner Sr. Visitation will be held on October 2, 2014 at Little and Sons Beech Grove Chapel from 5-8 p.m. Funeral services will be at the funeral home on October 3, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. with visitation from 10 – 11 a.m.
