59, of Indianapolis passed away on March 19, 2014. Debbie left behind her husband Michael; her children Randy (Tiffany) and Amanda (Kenneth Emmons) Herald; and her grandchildren Logan and Wade Emmons, Brittany West, Taylore Phillips and Austin Wash.
