A lover of the outdoors, he cherished time on boats and campers, especially while skiing and fishing, and shared these passions with family and friends.
Wayne is survived by his devoted wife of 68 years, Jane Myrick; devoted children David (Rhonda) Myrick and Lisa (Robert) Dunham; loving sister Debbie (Lance) Aaron; cherished granddaughters Shanna (Jacob) Stuckey and Kristin Coyne; and cherished great-grandsons Silas and Lincoln Stuckey. He was preceded in death by his parents, Eugene Steele (Ardith) Myrick and Myrtle Lucille (Paul) Seichrist, and sister Jean (Fred) Robinson.
