83, passed away March 26, 2015. He was born in Hindman, KY to the late Loyd and Cloia Meade.
Gilbert retired from St. Francis Hospital as a supervisor of environmental services.
He is survived by his loving wife of 64 years Lora Lou Meade; son Gregory (Cindy) Meade; daughter Jane Ann (Kent) Hedges; and grandchildren Emily (Greg) Hite, Adam Meade, and Alison (Chris) Burns.
Funeral Services will be held Tuesday March 31st at 2:00 PM at Little & Sons Funeral Home Beech Grove Chapel with visitation from Noon till the time of the funeral.
Burial to follow at Washington Park East.
