Marjorie A. Forbes

Margie was a member of Holy Name Catholic Church. After retirement, Margie volunteered with Franciscan Health’s Caterpillar Kids grief support program and Camp Healing Tree. Margie loved crafting, cooking, gardening, cats, and other animals. She used her sewing skills to sew bags for Caterpillar Kids.

Margie is survived by her nieces, Shellee Pietras (Aaron), Anna (Mario) Kosseifi, her nephews, Edward Owens, David (Tasha) Conner, and her extended family: Kristy Owens, Sheila Sloan, Jamie (Billy) Sloan, Stephen Sloan.

She was proceeded in death by her longtime companion, Alfred Eugene Clark, her brother Kenneth Richard Owens, and her parents Helen and Thomas Owens.

Margie will be missed by all who knew her.

A public visitation for Marjorie will be held Monday, June 23, 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Little & Sons Funeral Home, 1301 Main Street, Beech Grove, IN 46107. A funeral mass will occur Tuesday, June 24, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Holy Name Catholic Church, 89 N 17th Ave, Beech Grove, IN 46107. An entombment will occur Tuesday, June 24, 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at Holy Cross and St. Joseph Cemetery, 2446 S. Meridian St, Indpls, IN 46225.
