.53, passed away April 5, 2016. He was born in Circleville, Ohio and moved to Indy at the age of 5. After many years in food service, Rick has been an insurance agent serving the senior community since 2005 through Gagen’s House of Insurance.
Ricky is survived by his loving wife Carrie Browning; mother Evelyn (Delbert) Cooper; step-mother Evelyn Browning; sister Sherry (John) Wilson; nieces Ashley and Emily Wilson; faithful dogs Foster and Akeelah and many other family members.
He is preceded in death by his father James Browning, mother-in-law Joyce Beckman and many fur babies.
Rick’s many interests helped shape the course of his life: a lifelong Cincinnati Reds fan, loved shooting pool, playing poker and raced with American Mini-Sprint Association for three years.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, April 16th at 4 p.m. at Little & Sons Funeral Home Beech Grove Chapel with visitation from 1 p.m. until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Southside Animal Shelter and/or the Athenaeum Pops Orchestra in the boxes at the door.
