Ronald Eugene Nixon

Ronald Eugene Nixon, age 64, of Beech Grove, Indiana passed away on Friday, May 22, 2020. Ronald was born June 11, 1955 to Ruby Nixon and Harold Nixon. At a young age Ronald enlisted into the Navy. After he was discharged, he spent 35 years working at the Post Office. Ronald taught CPR for the American Red Cross, he enjoyed helping others in his community. Ronald is survived by his wife; Sherry (Compton) Nixon, children; Naomi Nixon, Kert Nixon (Joyce), Misty Byrd, Melissa Bland, brother; Mike Nixon, and grandchildren; Alexis Byrd, Emma Wheeler, Savanna Jade Underwood, Elizabeth Underwood, Stella Shamblin, Christopher Nixon, Anakin Nixon, Emily Taefi and Faith Nixon. Ronald was preceded in death by both of his parents. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 2, 2020 from 10am-2pm at Little & Sons Funeral Home, 1301 Main St. Beech Grove, IN 46107. A service will immediately follow. Due to the current restrictions, a limit of 25 people will be allowed in the building at a time.
