Rosetta Kirkman

Rosetta Ann (Macy) Kirkman, age 69, of Indianapolis, IN, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, May 18, 2016. She was born on December 13, 1946 in Rush County, IN as the daughter of the late Raymond and Margaret (Hock) Macy. She graduated from Rushville High School. She worked at Schnadig Corporation until 1985 then moved to Decatur County and worked at Printpack Corporation for 16 years.

Rosetta is survived by her loving husband Lee Kirkman; son Kenneth Barrow Jr (Karla); brother Raymond Edward Macy (Andrea); sister Judy Gerritson (Dennis); sister Rita Chrisman; sister-in-law Judi Bautista (Gil), brother-in-law Frank Kirkman (Theresa), brother in-law Morris Ridenour (Becky), step daugther Kelly Frakes (Daryl); step son Jim Kirkman (Patty); step son Eric Kirkman (Brandy); and 9 step grandchilden and 19 nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her brother John Everett Macy; sister Maxine Smith; and brother-in-law Larry Kirkman.

She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, baby-sitting, vacationing, jigsaw puzzles, fishing, and shopping.

Visitation for public will be held on Thursday, May 19, 2016 from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Little and Sons Funeral Home Beech Grove Chapel, followed by a memorial service at 7:00 p.m.
