Steve was a beloved, hard-working, and devoted individual. He was a high school graduate who went on to attend trade school, where he became a welder. Steve served in the Army, contributing his skills and dedication to his country.
Steve is preceded in death by his parents, Louis and Mary Uberto, and his brother, Louis Uberto. He is survived by his significant other, Catherine "Kitty" Holland and his siblings: Janice Rawlinson, Gemma Wallace, Joseph Uberto, and Susan Sturges. Steve also leaves behind his five beloved cats: Little Bit, Big Foot, Big Head, Fluffy, and Boots.
Visitation will be held at Little & Sons Funeral Home, located at 1301 Main Street, Beech Grove, IN, 46107, on October 21, 2025, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm, with a funeral service to follow immediately.
Steve will be laid to rest in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens in Greenwood, Indiana, with full Military Honors.
