Susie is survived by her father, Earl Wells; her siblings, Greg Wells and Patty Long; her daughters, Hanna (Brian) Colson and Heather Stevens; and her beloved grandchildren, Jakob, Jaydon, Ezra, and Elaine.
She is preceded in death by many loved ones, including her mother, Mary Ann (Gregory) Wells.
Susie had a deep love for serving and connecting with others through her work. She found joy in gardening, crocheting, caring for animals, and most of all spending time with her grandchildren, who were the light of her life.
A graveside service for Susie will be held on Friday, September 5, 2025, at 1:00 PM at New Crown Cemetery, 2101 Churchman Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46203.
She will be remembered for her warmth, compassion, and the love she shared with all who knew her.
