He is survived by his loving wife of 37 years Patricia Ann Starkey; children Lola Cody, Rhonda Craig, Bill H. Starkey, and John T. Logan; 7 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Monday October 24th from 10:00 AM-2:00 PM at Little & Sons Funeral Home Beech Grove Chapel followed by a funeral service at 2:00 PM. Burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Indianapolis Humane Society.
