With heavy hearts and deep sorrow, we announce the passing of Hector Oswaldo Menendez Polanco, who left this world peacefully on Monday, June 23, 2025, at the age of 69. A cherished father, grandfather, brother, and friend, Hector was a beloved resident of Los Angeles, California, and touched the lives of many with his kindness, quiet strength, and unwavering love for his family.

Hector’s life was marked by resilience, integrity, and an enduring spirit of compassion. He carried wisdom in his words, warmth in his smile, and generosity in his heart. His presence will be deeply missed but never forgotten.

A visitation to honor and remember Hector will be held on Tuesday, July 15, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Bell, located at 4667 E. Gage Avenue, Bell, CA 90201.

Following the visitation, a graveside service will take place from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Inglewood Park Cemetery, 720 E Florence Ave, Inglewood, CA 90301, where Hector will be laid to rest.

As we gather to celebrate Hector’s life, may we find comfort in our shared memories and strength in the love he so freely gave. Though he is no longer with us in body, his spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
