It is with deep love and profound sadness that we announce the passing of Leticia De Leon Iñiguez, beloved mother, grandmother, and friend, on November 19, 2025. Born on August 11, 1956, in Tala, Jalisco, Mexico, she spent her early years surrounded by
the traditions, challenges and warmth of her hometown. In 1977, she courageously moved to the United States to build a brighter future for herself and the family she dreamed of raising. She was the devoted mother of four children—one daughter and three sons. Her legacy continues through her six cherished grandchildren, each of whom she loved deeply and wholeheartedly.
As a longtime resident of the Cudahy community in Los Angeles, California, she spent her days finding the best bargains around town. Friends and neighbors will remember her independent
and passionate spirit, and her willingness always to lend a helping hand. She found peace and happiness in her garden, where she spent many hours nurturing flowers, plants, and the quiet beauty of nature. Gardening was her sanctuary—an expression of the
patience, care, and love she shared so freely with the world.
She leaves behind a family and community who will forever feel her absence, yet carry her memory in their hearts.
Her life was a testament to strength, love, and resilience, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
