Luis is survived by his mother Rosa Cruz; his father Roberto Ochoa and his step-dad Mauro A. Carillo; his sister Jennifer Ochoa, his brother Mauro Altamirano and his brother-in-law Joel I. Penaloza.
A visitation for Luis will be held Sunday, August 29, 2021 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Bell, 4677 East Gage Ave, Bell, CA 90201. A visitation will occur Monday, August 30, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, 4667 E. Gage Ave., Bell, CA. A funeral mass will occur Monday, August 30, 2021 at 6:00 PM.
