Herb was preceded in death by his parents, Jesse and Doris; his sisters, Sally Lewis Lipper and Kathryn Lewis Spears; and his niece, Nancy Lipper Niman. He is survived by nieces, Sherri Lipper and Dina Spears Dutton; and nephews, Brad Spears and Todd Spears.
Herb attended the University of Houston and served in the Air Force. He worked in women’s retail clothing for a number of years as a store manager; following that, he was self-employed as a real estate and property manager. His true joy in life was his little dog “Mitzi” who stayed by his side for almost 20 years.
Graveside Service will be held at 2:30 PM, Tuesday, August 30, 2022 at Beth Yeshurun Post Oak cemetery.
