Jean E McMeekin

She was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on November 6, 1925.

Loving Mother, Grandmother and Friend, Jean was preceded in death by Her Husband of forty three years, Charles H. McMeekin.

She is survived by her eight Children, Robert McMeekin and Wife Colleen, Patricia Rush and Husband Bradley, Kathleen McMeekin, Kevin McMeekin and Wife Deborah, Mary Hulsey and Husband Les, Jane Ward and Husband Rick, Shawn McMeekin and Wife Arlene, Julie Blow and Husband Barrett, along with numerous Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren and Dear Friend, Mary Ann Bauer.

Jean was a Founding Member of St. Benedicts the Abbott Catholic Church.

She enjoyed spending time with her family, volunteering at St. Joseph’s Hospital and cheering on her beloved Pittsburgh Steelers.

In Celebration of Jean’s life, a Visitation and Rosary will be held Tuesday, September 4, from 5-8 p.m. at Earthman Bellaire Funeral Home.

The Rosary will be at 6 p.m.
