Joan F. Martin of Houston, Tx, passed from this life into glory, on September 25, 2011. She was 88 years old. She was preceded in death by her husband, L. W. Martin and both sons, Richard A. Martin and Larry D. Martin. She is survived by her daughter-in-law; Sarah Jane Martin and two grand children; Windy and David Martin – all of Montgomery, TX. She is also survived by her three nieces, Dian Sustek of The Woodlands, TX; Paula Herndon of Montgomery, TX and Kay Goodlett of San Antonio, TX. She is also survived by many friends and family members that will miss her greatly. Joan had been legally blind for many years so we all rejoice that she is now able to see the beauty of her Savior and all of the family members who went before her!
Graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, December 31, 2011 at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery, 6900 Lawndale Ave., Houston, TX 77023.
