Louise H. Romine

Louise was born on April 27, 1922 in Midway Kentucky. She was the daughter of Everitt Hudson and Roberta Wise Hudson. She is predeceased by two sisters, Dorthy Carr and Lucille Robey and four brothers, Bud Hudson, Calvin Hudson, Kennith Hudson and Bill Hudson.

Louise married Charles Fulton Romine on April 28, 1949, they were married for 27 years until his passing in December of 1976. She is survived by two sons, Dan Romine and his wife Judy, and Steve Romine and his wife Joyce, four grandchildren, Lisa Douthit, Larry Lewis, Daniel Romine, Michael Romine, and one great-grandchild Nicholas Douthit.

Prior to moving to Texas, Louise worked at Kentucky Utilities and then moved with her husband and family to Bellaire Texas in 1963, where she was an employment counselor until she retired. In her later years nothing brought her more joy than her family, especially her grandchildren. She will be missed by all.

A memorial service will be held in Louise Romine’s honor Saturday, September 21, 2013 at 11:00 am at Earthman Bellaire Funeral Home, 6700 Ferris Street, Bellaire, Texas 77401.
