It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Lynn Michlewicz, who peacefully departed from this life. Born in Livonia, Michigan, Lynn's life journey led her through various states, yet her heart always remained devoted to Texas. Her formative years included a move to Texas during high school, which cultivated her lasting affection for the Lone Star State. Lynn's connection to Texas deepened as she returned there for her career, to be with family, and for the warm, friendly atmosphere she cherished.
Lynn dedicated over 40 years to a career as an X-ray and CAT scan technologist. Beyond her professional life, she was a woman of diverse passions. She found great joy in the thrilling pages of suspense novels, was an avid follower of football and baseball, and possessed a deep love for animals, particularly her beloved cats, that were her children. Her strong Catholic faith was a cornerstone of her life, and she treasured the weekly Sunday morning virtual masses shared with her family. Lynn also had a penchant for sports cars and the exhilarating experience of speed.
Lynn is survived by her loving mother, Marlene Michlewicz; her sister, Lois Corder, and husband Robert; her brothers, Larry Michlewicz and wife Rachel, and Robert Michlewicz, Jr and wife Karen. She also leaves behind four nieces, two nephews, and three great-nephews, all of whom will carry her memory in their hearts. She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Michlewicz. Lynn will be missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
