Maria Inez Guerrero

Maria "Mané" Guerrero, 85, ended her journey here to begin her new journey with Christ on Thursday, June 16, 2016. Maria was born in Houston, TX, was a longtime resident of Bellaire and most recently of Jersey Village, TX. She was a graduate of Sam Houston High School and went on to work for the Zales Corp. for many years until her retirement.

She leaves to cherish her memories, her beloved husband of 53 years Juan Guerrero, daughters Elsa (Scott) Switzer and Hilda Grieshaber, much loved grandchildren Sara and Ethan Guthrie, brothers Leo(Mary Ruth – dec.), Frank (Rosie – dec.), Juan, and Louis (Linda – dec.) Villanueva, Sister-in-law Connie Guerrero (Tony) and a host of other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents Francisco and Maria Eulogia Villanueva and sisters Antonia, Vivian and Amparo Villanueva.

Visitation will be Tuesday, June 21st, from 6-8PM with a Rosary at 7PM at Earthman Bellaire Funeral Home, 6700 Ferris St. Bellaire, Texas 77401. The Funeral Mass will be on Wednesday, June 22nd at 10:00AM Holy Ghost Catholic Church 6921 Chetwood Dr. Houston, TX 77081. Interment will follow at Forest Park Westheimer Cemetery.
