

She was born March 18, 1924, in Cedar Glades, Ark.
Mrs. Scott was married to the late K.R. Scott, and they had four daughters, Patricia, Marjorie, Victoria and Deborah.
She was a talented painter in oils and watercolors. After the retirement of her husband as a geologist at Exxon, Mr. and Mrs. Scott enjoyed traveling and studying in Europe, Turkey, Egypt, Mexico and Central and South America. In Houston they liked to dance at the Houston Junior Forum Ballroom Dance Group and the Baytown Community Center.
She is survived by Patricia Scott of Maui and Marjorie Bartlett of Houston; by sisters Jean Carter of Phoenix and Elaine Chan of Hot Springs; brother Orson Jewell of Little Rock; grandsons Hal Eagar of New York City, Scott Bartlett of Oakland, Calif., Will Bartlett of Houston, James Devalle of Houston and Justin Hurst of Austin; granddaughters Kristen DeMark of Maui, Kachina Shaw of Louisville, and Kathryn Launert of Honolulu; great grandsons Bert Eagar of New York City and Dakota Launert of Honolulu; and great granddaughters Charlotte Bartlett of Oakland, Vivian Eagar of New York City, and Emily Launert and Sarah Launert of Honolulu.
The family will gather in the spring at El Dorado, Ark., for a memorial.
