Norma Jene Kerley, 90, went to be with Lord on December 22, 2013 in Houston, Texas. Her proudest accomplishments in life were being a mother, a grandmother, a friend, and a hospital volunteer. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lindon C. Kerley.
She is survived by her daughters, Linda and husband Jerry Roden, Arlene and husband Terry Worrell; 7 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
A visitation service will be held on Friday, December 27, 2013 from 9 am to 10 am, with a Rosary being recited at 9:30 am. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, December 27, 2013 at 10 am. Both services will be held at Saint Francis de Sales Catholic Church, 8200 Roos Road, Houston, Texas 77036. Rite of Committal will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations are made to Lighthouse for the Blind and the Alzheimer’s Association.
