Richard M. Greff Sr.

He is preceded in death by Genevieve, his wife of 60 years. He is survived by his children. Richard, Jr. (Carolyn), Vivian Horrocks (Michael), Ronald, Joe (Selene), Jacquelyn Vance (Larry), and Reggie (Kathy).

He was raised in Detroit, MI and graduated from The University of Detroit with a Degree in Aeronautical Engineering. He had a significant career in Aeronautics, integral in the development of the B-47 bomber and in the Space Program with the Chrysler Missile Division.

Richard has 14 Grandchildren and 10 Great-grandchildren. He also leaves behind 1 Sister and 3 Brothers along with numerous Nieces and Nephews.

The Family would like to thank St. Dominic Village and Vitas Hospice for the care they provided for their Father. In lieu of Flowers, donations may be made to St. Dominic Village and St. Thomas High School in memory of Richard Greff Sr.

The Wake Service and Rosary will be at 7 P.M., with viewing at 6 P.M., on Wednesday, November 30, 2011 at Warren Chapel on St. Dominic Village Campus 2409 Holcombe Blvd.

Mass of the Resurrection with Monsignor George Sheltz as celebrant, will be 10:00 am, Thursday, December 1, 2011, also at St. Dominic Village. Burial will follow at Forest Park Westheimer.
