Robert Morris Fawcett graduated from Yoakum High School and attended Texas A & M University in Kingsville, Texas.
Bob was employed at Carters Country and was retired from Eagle Food Stores. Bob was a member of the Christian Science Church, and had a passion for diving, hunting, fishing, bowling, and golf.
Bob was preceded in death by his father, Morris Fawcett; mother, Edith Fawcett; and sister, Janette Robinson.
He is survived by his wife, Carol Ann Fawcett; his sister, Carolyn Blake; and many numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service in Bob’s honor will be held Sunday, September 29, 2013 at 3:00 pm at Earthman Bellaire Funeral Home, 6700 Ferris Street, Bellaire, Texas 77401.
The family wishes to thank the physicians and nursing staff at Cornerstone Hospital for the special care and compassion given to Bob.
