Edwin Eugene Russell

Mr. Russell was a member of St. Paul United Church of Christ, the Mascoutah Moose Lodge, Shiloh Valley Senior Citizens Club, and Masonic Lodge St. Clair #24, and a retired member of the U. S. Air Force, serving in the Army Air Corps in World War II and the Korean Conflict.

Preceded in death by his grandparents, Charles and Emma Russell (nee Hicks); parents, Earl Edwin Russell and Edna Mae Russell Connor (nee Pittman); his step parents, Raymond Joseph Conner and Elsie Russell (nee Lane); sons, Keith Eugene and Kevin Paul Russell; brothers, John and Clayton Russell; and sisters, Barbara Russell, Norma Watt, and Roberta McMahon.

Survived by his wife, Virginia Russell (nee Hoffmann); daughter-in-law, Doris Russell; grandchildren, Brian (Andrea) Russell and Amy (Dan) Krajicek; great grandchildren, Mason, Margaret, Heidi, Zachary, Andrew, Kylie, Brennan, and Henry; brothers, Gordon and Frank Russell; and sister, Wanda (Delmer) Taylor and Marietta (Kelly) Manring.
