Early on, Eileen began her professional career working as a telephone operator and later as an agent for Tenholder Travel. Her fondest accomplishment was working in the Home Health Care industry. She loved caring for the many different patients which she served and held those memories in high regard for all of her life. In her free time, Eileen loved to travel! She could sit for hours and reminisce about her trips all around the globe, including China. She also enjoyed trips to casinos but her greatest joy was time spent with her family. Those who knew her best will always remember her as a classy lady…one who was beautiful both inside and out.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Ann (Grainger) Egner, her husband, Kenneth “Kenny” A. Fischer; an infant daughter, Margaret Ann Fischer; two brothers-in-law, Nick Martin and Tom Kiefer; and a sister-in-law, Barb Egner.
