She worked at St. Elizabeth Hospital for 22 years as a housekeeper, and 5 years at Scott AFB Nightengale Inn Dining Facility for 5 years, until her retirement. Emma was member of the Filipino-American Association of Southern Illinois.
Guillerma was preceded in death by her parents, Macerio & Arcadia, nee Vivero, Bahia; 4 brothers, and a sister.
She is survived by her loving husband of 47 years, Robert Palmer of Mascoutah, IL; 2 sons, Frank (Laura) Dimanno of Mascoutah, IL, Ramon Leonido; 2 daughters, Rosalinda Dequina, and Loreta Udtohan; grandchildren, Sarah (Jimi) Nutter, and Adam (Alyssa Freeman) Dimanno; 18 other grandchildren; 20+ great grandchildren; and other family members, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Emma’s name may be made to the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association.

Mass will be held at the Filipino-American Association of Southern Illinois Clubhouse, on Saturday, November 21, 2015 at 2pm
Interment: per Emma’s wishes, she will be interred in Tanayan, Leyte, P.I..
