Mr. Rowe was a retired Mechanic. He served in the United States Marine Corps, during World War II, receiving a Purple Heart,
Mr. Rowe was preceded in death by his loving wife of 62 years, Betty J., nee Bacon, Rowe, who passed away on July 24, 2008; parents, Lawrence and Elizabeth, nee Mason, Rowe, Sr.; sisters, Mary Biggs, Maxine Hurt and Edna Sudmeyer.
Surviving are his loving and devoted daughter, Judy E. and Neil Powell of St. Louis, Missouri; also, survived by nieces, nephews.
