Lois Evelyn Brotherton Daniels

Mrs. Daniels was an avid bingo player and loved the outdoors; especially, flowers, camping and fishing. She formerly attended the United Church of Christ, in Waterloo, Illinois.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Marion C. and Grace H., nee Burroughs, Brotherton; her brothers, Delbert, Woodrow, Jewell, Orval, and Robert Brotherton; and her sisters, Blanche Dryer and Lucille Wood.

Surviving are her daughters, Diane (Vince) Allscheid, of Fults, Illinois and Donna (Jack) Buescher, of Hecker, Illinois; her grandchildren, Dylan Allscheid, Dustin and Amanda Buescher; a sister, Florene Mason, of Salem, Illinois; special cousins, Joe and MaryAnn Burroughs; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

The family extends a special thanks to the staffs of Swansea Care Center, Heartland Hospice, and Memorial Hospital.

Funeral: Services will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, February 29, 2012, at the funeral home. Interment will be held in Valhalla Gardens of Memory, Belleville, Illinois.
