

Mr. Crouch served in the United States Army. He retired from Terminal Railroad, Madison, Ill. Lowell was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He enjoyed playing Volleyball and swimming. He was a proud supporter of the V.F.W.
Mr. Crouch was preceded in death by his parents, Lowell W. and Mary Louise Crouch, nee Oden; daughter, Carolyn R. Crouch; sisters, Brenda Houston and Carol Wittenauer.
Surviving are his wife of 40 years, Judy A. Crouch, nee Monroe; daughter, Shawn (Tom) Vratney; grandchildren, Thomas and Kayla Vratney; sister, Sheila (Roger) Germann; brother-in-law, Steve Huston; and many nieces and nephews.
Judy would like to extend her sincere appreciation to her loving sister Pam Hill for her support during this difficult time.
