Mrs. Cooper was preceded in death by her, husband, George R. Cooper and by her first husband, George “Butch” Schmellmeyer; her son, William P. Keeling; parents, James Noel and Mamie Pearl, nee Hubbard, Sisk; sister, Edith Schmellmeyer and three brothers.
Surviving are her granddaughters, Paula Bell of Paducah, KY and Sara Wade of Louisville, KY; daughter-in-law, Shirley Keeling of Barlow, KY; and two great grandchildren.
Private services will be held. Interment will be held in Valhalla Gardens of Memory, Belleville, Illinois
