Patricia graduated from Everett High School and married Nils Fortune in 1959. They had two sons, Aaron and Eric. She worked as a legal secretary for 35 years.
She is survived by her son Aaron (Diane), sister Marilyn (Chuck) Sontag, and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her son Eric and brother William Smith.
A memorial service will be held at 12pm on Saturday, November 10, 2018 at Sunset Hills Funeral Home, 1215 145th Place SE, Bellevue, WA 98007
