She was a lifetime resident of the Greater Seattle Area. She was a long-time member of the Church of Christ, volunteered at the Democratic Women’s Club, and was a supporter of Arts West Theatre in West Seattle.
Sonia was loved and respected by her family, friends, neighbors, and other members of the community. She is preceded in death by her Father, Owen L. Ray, Sr. and Mother, Bessie H. Ray. She is survived by her loving husband Bill Glenn, two children Craig Nicholson, and Chad Nicholson and wife Angela, grandchildren Corey and Isabella Nicholson, her siblings - brother, Owen Ray, Jr., sisters Wyvonne Ray, and Tami Johnson.
