Erma went “HOME” to her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ July 18, 2017. She was born in SE Colorado in a “Dug-Out” near Pritchett, CO to Ora McCollum Reeves and Ralph Reeves, growing up near Vici, OK. She was preceded in death by her parents and three sisters, Olive Keyser, Iva Sheets and Lois Brown. She is survived by five sisters, Juanita Sanders, Ruth Mason and husband Bob, Elvie Thayer and husband Carl, Jo Watkins, Mary Lou Stewart and husband JP of Hanahan, SC and nieces and nephews. Erma received her Preachers License after obtaining her Associate Degree in Theology from Bethany Peniel College. She served as a Church Planter and was always active in church life which was her passion. Later in life she worked in Home Care for the elderly. She was a member of Calvary Nazarene church in Bethany. Visitation will be 12-8 pm on Thursday at Bill Merritt and services will be Friday, July 21st at 10 am at Bill Merritt Funeral Service with interment following at Bethany Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Good Shepherd Hospice.
