Floretta A. Jones, 92, passed away on the evening of March 7, 2020 at her home in Oklahoma City. Floretta was born in Stillwater, OK. in 1927 to George and Lavina Frank. She married Dale E. Jones in 1947 in Stillwater, OK., and together they raised four children. Always outspoken, Floretta enjoyed playing the piano, reading, and tending to her plants and flowers. She was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Dale. She is survived by her children, James W. Jones and wife Jane, Tommy D. Jones and wife Deana, Karen A. Tierno and husband Bob, and Mary Kathleen McClure; grandson, Dale McClure, III; granddaughter, Sara E. Jones; sister, Carolina Herron; brother, W.L. Frank, and many nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank Integrity Senior Care, ElderConnect, and Centennial Hospice.
Graveside services will be 2pm Thursday, March 12, 2020 at Perkins Cemetery, Perkins, OK.
