Jo Ann McLain Bahan

Jo Ann McLain Bahan passed away July 6, 2023 in OKC with her sister by her side. She was born in Waldron, AR to Raymond and Willie Mae (Harrison) McLain. Jo Ann was a paralegal for State of Alabama Child Support Division for 27 years. She loved the beaches in Mobile. She moved to Oklahoma City in 2001 shortly after she retired. She loved to go to the gym. She went and walked on the treadmill 5 days a week up until just a few years ago. Even though she never used it, she was proud of getting her realtors license. Jo Ann and her husband Alan were members of St. Luke’s Methodist Church. Jo Ann was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Alan who passed away on 2/13/21. Survivors include her sister, Rhea McLain of Wright, City, OK, niece, Kelli Manning and husband, John of Broken Bow, nephew Shannon Smith of Shawnee, great nieces and nephews, Madeline Bond and husband, Jackson of Moore, Luke Smith of Dallas and twins, Garrick West and Logan West and his wife, Mary and their daughter, Amira Jade West all of Baltimore and best friend, Kathy Dickerson of Piedmont.

An inurnment for Jo Ann will be held Friday, July 28, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Rose Hill Burial Park, 6001 Northwest Grand Blvd, Oklahoma City, OK 73118.
