Margaret lived an amazing life full of love and laughter. She was a woman pioneer, a devoted mother, and matriarch to her extended family. Always ready listen and always willing to help in any way she could. Margaret had a quiet way of looking for the need and taking the lead. She was a woman of values. Her character was defined by hard work and that was motivated not for herself but by what she could do for others. Margaret was an intense person, in everything she set her mind to do. From farming to air traffic control or even her faith. Luke warm was not part of her DNA. Always with a keen sense of humor her laugh and wit were infectious, and she loved to mess with the ones she loved. Her greatest joy however was that of a mother and she poured herself into her children. With true wisdom and understanding she chose to put the emphasis on the things that really matter. We are all better for knowing her. This world is a little dimmer without her here but, Heaven is a little brighter with her there. You will be sorely missed.
Services will be 10am Saturday, February 3 at Bill Merritt Funeral Home.
