Steven Thurman

Steve Thurman passed from this life on Wednesday October 17, 2012, in Guthrie, Oklahoma. He was born April 3, 1964 in Oklahoma City, to parents Joe And Kay Thurman. He graduated from Putnam City North High School in 1984. He was preceded in death by his father, Joe Thurman, who passed away in 1981. He is survived by his mother, Kay Hable and step-father, Chester Hable; his wife Teresa; a daughter, Ashlie Thurman in Texas; his older sister, Pam Thurman and Greg Manley, and younger sister Patty Swart and Husband Coulter; his two nieces Morgan and Kaley Swart and 1 nephew Colton Swart.; two step-brothers Duane and Pat Hable, and also mother-in-law Rosemary Stasyszen of Oklahoma City, two step-daughters Nikki Wade of Texas and Jo Lynn Jorgensen of Alaska, 1 step-son Brandon Price, Stroud, Oklahoma. and 5 step-grandchildren.

Steve loved maintenance work, camping with the family, and going to the boat races. He had a passion for riding and caring for horses and living the country life. He will truly be missed by all family members and many friends. We love you!
