De'Etta Russell Lentz

April 6, 2023. DeEtta was a world traveler. To say she visited a few tourist locations

throughout her life would be an understatement. During her lifetime, she traveled to

France, England, Jamaica, Bahamas and Canada, and all fifty states of America.

She never passed up a chance to journey to new and exciting places.

Mrs. Lentz was a long term manager for K-Mart, where she worked long hours helping

her retail team provide excellent customer service to those shopping at their retail stores

until her retirement. More exploration of new and exciting places came to pass joining NMTA.

DeEtta was a very kind woman to not only family, but friends offering help to those

that came to know her., she was known to have a dynamic personality of

which, has been passed down to her children. She always thought on the lighter

side, and rarely if ever had anything negative to say about anything.

Mrs. Lentz is preceded in death by her parents, Marion Amos Albert Russell, Vergie

Mae Russell, her sister Dorothy Russell, and daughter Cathy Godwin Willett.

DeEtta is survived by her three sons: Kevin Lentz, Cullen Lentz, and Kennon Lentz,

brother Truman Russell, 10 grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren followed by

multiple nieces and nephews and cousins.
