Helen Hutchison

Helen Hutchison passed away on Sunday, June 25, 2023, she was 97 years young. Helen was a very sociable person who enjoyed deep conversations with her sons, friends, and nursing staff alike. They were truly not strangers to her. Though some what recluse her final years. These conversations keep her mind active and clear, being even more sharp up until the day of her passing.

Being physically active and fit was yet another blessing to Helen and her family, as she was blessed with good health, as her passing can only be understood as God calling her home to join past family to worship the Lord in paradise for all time. Though her family is saddened by the absence of her presence. They are comforted in knowing she was still mom, and her final days were full of life and good health.

Helen is preceded in death by her loving husband, Sam Hutchison, who devoted his life to the care of Helen and his family.

She is survived by her sons: Mark Hutchison, and Michael Hutchison.

There will be a Memorial Service at Independent Presbyterian Church located at 3100 Highland Ave. Birmingham, Alabama 35205 on Wednesday, July 12th at 11:00AM.
